Grievance Redressal Committee

JSIMR has a dedicated Grievance Redressal Committee to address concerns raised by students, parents, and staff in a fair, timely, and transparent manner. The committee ensures that all grievances are heard and resolved in accordance with institutional norms and AICTE guidelines.

How to Submit a Grievance

  • Submit your grievance using the online form on this page
  • Email your grievance to the Director: director@jspmjsimr.edu.in
  • Drop a written complaint in the Grievance Box placed outside the Director's office
  • Contact the Admin Office directly: 9175954031

Committees

  • Grievance Redressal Committee — General student/staff grievances
  • Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) — Gender-related complaints
  • Anti-Ragging Committee — Ragging-related issues
  • SC/ST Committee — Complaints from SC/ST students
  • OBC Cell — Complaints from OBC students
  • Minority Cell — Complaints from minority students

All grievances are treated with strict confidentiality. Action is taken within 15 working days of receipt.
